Where do I start — Grounded or Golden?

If you're new to this work or want to explore before committing to the full path, Grounded is your home. If you already feel called to go deep — or you know you want certification eventually — Golden is where that journey begins in earnest. You can upgrade at any time.

Golden members are already on the certification path

Every four-week course series included in Golden is a certification module — taught by G&G-certified practitioners who have walked this path themselves. Complete the series, earn your certification. There is no separate program to enroll in, no extra hoops. When you're ready to certify, you're already most of the way there. Your membership is your training.

What's the difference between a workshop and a course series?

Workshops are 60–90 minute standalone sessions — a single topic, a single sitting. Course series are four-week deep dives that build progressively. For Golden members, each series is a certification module. One builds your practice. The other builds your credentials.

Who teaches the course series?

All course series are taught by G&G-certified practitioners — teachers who have completed the same certification pathway you're moving toward. Their certification is your proof that the path is real and it works.

What is the quarterly session with Kathryn?

Four times a year, Golden members join Kathryn live for a session of deeper exploration and real-time insight. Spots are limited. A replay is always available, and questions can be submitted in advance if you can't attend live.

How does cancellation work?

Both memberships require 30 days notice to cancel. No long-term contracts, no penalties — just notice so we can close your membership properly.
