Participation & Consent Agreement

By enrolling in a Ground & Gold class, certification program, workshop, membership, or private session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are 18 years of age or older or with a guardian. • If under 18, participation requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You understand that intuitive healing is a spiritual and educational practice.
• You take full responsibility for how you use the tools and information provided.
• You understand that all insights shared are subject to personal interpretation.
• You will not use this work as a replacement for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological services.

Ground & Gold creates spaces intended to be safe, respectful, and growth-oriented. While deep personal insight may arise, participation is voluntary and self-directed.

Recording & Intellectual Property Policy

All class materials, frameworks, meditations, downloads, recordings, curriculum, and brand content are the intellectual property of Ground & Gold.

Recording of live sessions, classes, or private sessions is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, repackaged, adapted, or taught without prior written permission.

Certification does not grant rights to replicate, teach, license, or distribute Ground & Gold curriculum without a separate formal written agreement.

Technology & Artificial Intelligence Use

Ground & Gold is committed to protecting the integrity of its curriculum, teachings, and intellectual property.

All materials, frameworks, session content, meditations, and certification curriculum may not be uploaded to, shared with, or used to train artificial intelligence systems, language models, automated content generation platforms, or similar technologies without prior written permission.

Participants may not use artificial intelligence tools to replicate, repackage, generate derivative content from, simulate, or commercially reproduce Ground & Gold teachings, frameworks, or certification materials.

Limited personal use of AI tools for private reflection or note summarization is permitted. However, such use does not grant rights to distribute, teach, license, or adapt Ground & Gold intellectual property in any form.

Ground & Gold reserves the right to update this policy as technology evolves in order to protect the integrity of its work and community.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All program enrollments, memberships, and private sessions — outside of any specific terms listed with each offering — are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and agreed to in writing.

Private sessions require the specified notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited.

Certification programs and multi-week series are commitments to the full container. Enrollment confirms agreement to the complete program structure.
